Parking
Convenient parking is available in the nearby decks and surface lots surrounding the Imperial Theatre. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before showtime to allow time for parking and walking to the theater. Paid and free options vary by event, please check posted signage.

Arrival & Entry
The front lobby opens one hour before curtain, giving you plenty of time to grab a drink or snack from our two concession stands and enjoy the pre-show atmosphere.
The house opens 30 minutes before curtain, at which time ushers will begin seating guests. Please have your digital or printed tickets ready when approaching the theater doors for a smooth and efficient entry.
Accessibility
The Imperial Theatre offers handicap-accessible seating on the first floor. Please note that there are no elevators, and balcony seating is only accessible by stairs.
If you or a guest require accessible seating or additional accommodations, we strongly recommend selecting First Floor Accessible seats when purchasing tickets or contacting our box office in advance so we can assist you.
